                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   A SEWER EASEMENT FROM JOSEPH A. MASKEVICH,
                   AGNES L. MASKEVICH AND ANTHONY G. MASKEVICH
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 75, NINE MILE
                   INTERCEPTOR, TRACT NO. 020C(REV) FOR A TOTAL
                   CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
                   AND NO/100 ($1,800.00) DOLLARS.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Joseph A. Maskevich, Agnes L.
       Maskevich and Anthony G. Maskevich relative to Contract No. 75,
       Nine Mile Interceptor, Tract No. 020C(REV) for a total
       consideration of $1,800.00.
